The process of design thinking includes a human centered approach and creating program in projects strongly related to the end user interest. Due to this, in creating project curricula Refresh Luxembourg is going through the five phases of design thinking: empathize, define, idea, prototype and test.

Youth Work
The youth workers creating the base of Refresh Luxembourg are developing a revolutionary approach in non-formal education. Creating non-formal curriculums based on end users experience and formal research methods, we aim to create a level of youth work which will offer the highest rate of education of youth.
Social Impact Premises
We are aiming to reach quality results and impact the communities on European level. One of the best examples of our impact are our projects, and a bigger impact than that, our partnerships with some of the most prominent youth organizations in Europe
Tech Solutions
We provide tech support to our members, partners and cooperators. From online tools to webpage, to programming languages, to implementation of online platforms we are able to provide the support.
Disruptive Project Space
Based on design thinking process, our project space differs than any other. FabLab is the main concept we work on. It boosts creativity and innovation!
